You and BestTruckingSchools.com agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in San Mateo County, California and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California with respect to disputes hereunder. The following sections shall survive termination of the Terms of Service: 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, the last paragraph of 9, and 10.
